ANT EST: Love Starts With You
You don’t chase love into the world. You remember it from within.
You’ve looked for it in others.
In family.
In friends.
In likes.
But it never quite lands.
The love you’re chasing won’t stick until you find it in yourself.
Because love doesn’t come to you.
It comes from you.
This is not poetic.
It’s structural.
If it’s not alive in you,
it can’t arrive from them.
That’s how frequency works.
The love you see in others is a return to sender.
It reflects what you already carry.
The sun doesn’t beg mirrors to shine back on it.
It radiates—because that’s what it is.
Love never really comes from others.
They can only reflect the love you already give yourself.
If it’s not in you—
you won’t find it in them.
And the moment you stop needing it from others,
they start offering it freely—
not from obligation, but from resonance.
Not because they changed.
But because you did.
You stopped looking for it outside yourself—
and remembered who you are.
You’re not a seeker of love—
but the source of it.
